- Hands-on experience designing and building data architectures using the Medallion Architecture pattern (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
- Proven track record working with high-volume, low-latency data movement and transformation patterns.
- Strong expertise in conducting root-cause analysis and ad-hoc data investigations across complex, large-scale data environments.
- Solid experience in gathering business/technical requirements and translating them into robust engineering solutions and technical documentation.
- Exceptional technical communication skills in English, with a proactive, collaborative team mindset.
- Direct hands-on experience with the Databricks unified analytics platform (Delta Lake, PySpark/Spark SQL).
- Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), retail, e-commerce, or high-throughput consumer-facing sectors.
- Familiarity with real-time streaming technologies and low-latency message streaming frameworks.
- Conceptual or practical exposure to modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Opportunity to work on bleeding-edge projects
