Position: Informatica Cloud Integration Hub (CIH) Developer

Location: Overland Park, KS (REMOTE)

Summary:

• Seeking a strong, U.S.-based Informatica Cloud Integration Hub (CIH) Developer to build, enhance, and support an enterprise publish/subscribe integration ecosystem serving 30+ external vendors and downstream consumer applications
• This is a hands-on technical role centered on CIH
• The successful candidate will be highly capable in publish/subscribe integration design, CIH configuration, operational support, and multi-vendor delivery
• The Developer will also communicate with clarity and professionalism, working primarily with internal technical teams while occasionally engaging directly with clients and vendor stakeholders
• This position is Remote
• Local Candidates who can occasionally work onsite in Overland Park, KS are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support integration solutions using Informatica Cloud Integration Hub (CIH)
• Own and enhance a large-scale publish/subscribe ecosystem with 30+ vendor subscribers and multiple internal producer and consumer applications
• Configure and maintain CIH topics, applications, publications, subscriptions, compound publications/subscriptions, schedules, event monitoring, alerts, permissions, and retention settings
• Develop and maintain reusable, governed integration patterns that enable data to be published once and securely consumed by many subscribers
• Reduce reliance on custom point-to-point integrations by applying scalable, well-documented CIH topic and subscription patterns
• Partner with business analysts, architects, application owners, security, infrastructure, QA, and vendor technical teams to define interface requirements and delivery schedules
• Analyze source-to-target mappings, validate data contracts, manage schema changes, and ensure data quality, completeness, reconciliation, and timely delivery
• Support integrations involving files, databases, APIs, web services, SaaS applications, and enterprise platforms
• Implement robust exception management, restart/retry procedures, audit logging, monitoring, alerting, and production-support processes
• Troubleshoot failed or delayed publications and subscriptions; determine whether issues arise from source applications, CIH configurations, transformations, network/connectivity, or subscriber endpoints
• Coordinate resolution of production incidents across internal teams and external vendors, providing concise technical status, root-cause findings, and recovery plans
• Participate in requirements workshops, design reviews, testing, cutover, release planning, hypercare, and operational handoff activities
• Produce clear technical documentation, including topic and subscription designs, data contracts, interface specifications, mapping documents, deployment instructions, support runbooks, and incident-resolution procedures
• Communicate technical designs, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on enterprise integration, ETL/ELT, application integration, or interface-development experience
• 3+ years of direct, hands-on Informatica Cloud Integration Hub (CIH) experience in a production environment
• Demonstrated experience with creating and supporting CIH topics, applications, publications, subscriptions, compound publications/subscriptions, schedules, monitoring rules, events, and access controls
• Experience with supporting a publish/subscribe ecosystem with multiple consuming systems, vendors, business partners, or downstream applications
• Strong knowledge of data integration concepts, interface design, data contracts, source-to-target mappings, schemas, data validation, reconciliation, and operational support
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation
• Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, flat files, SFTP, relational databases, and enterprise application integrations
• Ability to diagnose complex production issues, isolate root causes, coordinate resolution, and prevent repeat incidents through better controls or design
• Experience with working closely with developers, QA, infrastructure, security, application owners, and external technical contacts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings in a clear, organized, client-appropriate manner
• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating PeopleSoft, particularly PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS, Financials, payroll, benefits, employee, organizational, supplier, or financial-domain data
• Familiarity with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and the broader platform ecosystem
• Experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI), including mappings, mapping tasks, task flows, parameterization, scheduling, transformations, and error handling
• Experience with Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for service orchestration, API-based integrations, or event/API-triggered CIH processes
• Experience using CIH APIs or CAI service connectors to trigger or manage CIH publication processes
• Knowledge of Informatica Secure Agent administration, connectivity troubleshooting, environment promotion, release management, source control, and CI/CD practices
• Experience with Oracle, PeopleSoft, ERP, HCM, payroll, SaaS, or large vendor-integration landscapes
• Informatica CIH, IDMC, CDI, CAI, or related certifications
