Growth Lead - Paid Media (Meta Ads) - Remote

Own paid growth for Perisclaw, scaling Meta acquisition across India, the Middle East, and Europe. Drive creative strategy, funnel performance, testing, CAC, payback, and growth from the ground up. Company Details Perisclaw is building a WhatsApp-native personal AI assistant for India and the rest of the world. The product is live, monetizing, and seeing strong demand. The team is from Periskope, with Ex-McKinsey and Bain founders and deep WhatsApp expertise. Remote, working directly with the founders. Website: Requirements - 3–5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for consumer AI products. - Proven experience scaling paid acquisition for consumer products. - Strong experience with Meta Ads across India, Middle East, and/or Europe. - Experience owning CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and funnel metrics. - Strong creative strategy skills with a high velocity of testing and iteration. - Experience deciding what to test, kill, and scale based on performance data. - Background in consumer AI, microdrama, gaming, or D2C is strongly preferred. - TikTok Ads experience in markets outside the US is a plus. - Strong analytical thinking and clear communication. Responsibilities - Own Meta paid acquisition end to end. - Build and execute the paid growth strategy across India, Middle East, and Europe. - Develop the creative testing strategy and continuously improve creative velocity. - Monitor and optimize CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and funnel performance. - Identify winning audiences, creatives, campaigns, and markets to scale. - Decide what to test, kill, and scale based on data. - Work directly with the founders on growth strategy and execution. - Build a repeatable paid acquisition engine for Perisclaw.
