As a Software Engineer specializing in Talend, you will build and manage robust data integration and ETL pipelines to support enterprise data strategies. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable assets while ensuring high standards of data quality and consistency across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ETL workflows and data integration jobs using Talend.
• Create custom components and reusable routines in Java to extend platform functionality.
• Implement comprehensive data quality processes, including data profiling, cleansing, and standardization.
• Map complex data structures from various sources to target systems while maintaining data integrity.
• Optimize job performance and resource utilization to ensure efficient large-scale data processing.
• Collaborate with data teams to document workflows and maintain reliable data delivery pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or ETL Development.
• Proven expertise in building and optimizing data integration pipelines using Talend.
• Proficiency in Java for developing custom components and extending Talend functionality.
• Hands-on experience managing data quality, profiling, and cleansing processes.
• Deep understanding of ETL best practices and relational database systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
