Role Overview

Integration Engineers are responsible for planning and executing integrations between our integration platform (Workato preferred) and a wide range of hardware, software, business processes, and database systems. This role requires producing clear, thorough documentation for every process implemented, along with frequent, detailed communication with client stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a comparable technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience
• Minimum of 5 years working with application integrations
• Practical experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Tray.io
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as DocuSign and Agiloft
• Familiarity with at least one RPA tool (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Camunda, or similar)
• Background in ETL/ELT and data transformation using platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or Google BigQuery
• Experience managing Slack bots and APIs
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Strong SQL skills, proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools
• Comfortable working across integration patterns and formats including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
• Able to configure, build, test, and deploy integration solutions independently
• Experience reviewing peer designs, participating in code/config reviews, and partnering with Enterprise Apps teams on QA, test planning, and end-user documentation
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills; able to perform well under pressure and shifting deadlines
• Sound judgment around security and confidentiality when handling sensitive systems and data
• Relevant integration certifications are a plus
