  • Develop, iterate and maintain enterprise BI reports, interactive dashboards and data visualizations to support regular business reviews and operational monitoring
  • Explore, analyze and interpret multi-dimensional complex datasets, identify underlying trends, anomalies and untapped insights to inform business decision-making
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable, data-backed recommendations to drive operational optimization and improve end-to-end business performance
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit business requirements, align analysis scope and deliver targeted data investigations and ad-hoc analytics
  • Design, build and evolve analytical data models and data warehouse structures to support scalable reporting and advanced analysis workloads
  • Own data quality governance, continuously validate data accuracy, consistency and integrity across analytical datasets
  • Create compelling data visualizations and structured analytical presentations for both operational teams and management audiences
  • Track industry advancements, evaluate BI and analytics best practices, and continuously upgrade internal analytical tooling and workflows KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Platform & Analytics Engineer or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with SQL and database management systems
  • Proficiency in data modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Excellent quantitative analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to handle multi-dimensional data analysis and cross-scenario data comparison
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business sensing and requirement analysis capability, able to proactively identify business questions, structure analytical logic, and translate complex business demands into clear data solutions
  • Proven ability to conduct ad-hoc data analysis, support business investigation, solve operational pain points, and deliver data-driven business insights and improvement suggestions
  • Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional global teams, managing multiple analysis requests and projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality analytical outcomes under tight timelines EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
