Our products and applications include power supplies, battery chargers, inverters, industrial electronics, automotive, telecommunications and data center solutions. We are seeking an AI Applications Engineer to identify and implement practical AI solutions across product development, engineering, manufacturing, quality and business operations. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who can connect AI technology with real-world electronics and manufacturing applications. The ideal candidate is not necessarily an AI researcher, but someone who can understand business and engineering problems, develop AI solutions, and turn prototypes into useful production tools. Key Responsibilities AI Application Development

• Identify opportunities to apply AI, Generative AI, LLMs and machine learning to engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Develop AI applications, automation tools and intelligent workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Build AI assistants and knowledge-search solutions using LLM, RAG and company technical data.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business applications. Engineering & Product Development
• Work with electrical, power electronics, firmware and mechanical engineering teams to develop AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Apply AI and data analytics to product testing, troubleshooting, failure analysis and technical documentation.
• Support intelligent applications related to power supplies, battery chargers, inverters, industrial electronics and data center power systems. Smart Manufacturing & Quality
• Apply AI/ML and data analytics to improve manufacturing efficiency, yield and quality.
• Develop solutions for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance and automated inspection.
• Analyze production and test data from systems such as MES, ERP, QMS, AOI, ICT and FCT.
• Explore computer vision applications for defect detection and classification. Data & System Integration
• Collect, structure and analyze engineering, manufacturing and quality data for AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal databases and enterprise systems.
• Develop APIs, dashboards and automated workflows to support engineering and management decisions.
• Work closely with IT and engineering teams to ensure data security and system reliability. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, AI, Data Science or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, data analytics, automation or related engineering applications.
• Strong Python programming and data analysis skills; SQL experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM APIs, machine learning or AI application development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with R&D, manufacturing, quality and IT teams. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in electronics, power supply, semiconductor, automotive, industrial automation, EMS/ODM or manufacturing industries.
• Experience with LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Computer Vision or predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of ERP, MES, PLM or QMS systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, databases or workflow automation.
• Understanding of power electronics or electronic product development is highly desirable.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.
