Senior Platform Data & Python Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Platform Data & Python Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust data platforms that power enterprise-scale analytics. You will serve as a foundational technical contributor, building scalable data infrastructure and streamlining workflows to ensure high-quality and highly available data products.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines to automate data flows.
• Build and maintain robust data transformation layers to support advanced business intelligence.
• Orchestrate and schedule complex data workflows, ensuring consistent and reliable execution.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of the core data platform to handle expanding datasets.
• Implement automated monitoring, validation, and testing to guarantee high standards of data integrity.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data platform development.
• Proven expertise in data transformation workflows using dbt.
• Hands-on experience with pipeline orchestration using Apache Airflow.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
