Senior DataOps Engineer – AWS at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build validation and approval stages into existing data pipelines, strengthening how data and code changes move safely toward production. Working within an established toolchain, you'll harden deployment repeatability without replacing what's already in place. This is your opportunity to bring lasting improvements to data platform operations, supporting the lineage capability the organization is building for upstream and downstream change-impact analysis.

What You'll Do

• Build validation and approval gates into existing CI/CD pipelines for data platforms.
• Harden deployment repeatability across the existing toolchain.
• Support data lineage tooling for upstream and downstream change-impact analysis.
• Work within GitHub Actions and Kubernetes (EKS) without introducing platform replacements.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior DataOps or Platform Engineer with AWS.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines specifically for data platforms.
• Experience with GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with data lineage tooling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Argo CD.
• Familiarity with CloudFormation.
• Experience with ECR and Docker.
• Experience with Terraform.
