Work you'll do

• 负责构建客户内部系统的企业级后端平台，确保系统稳定高效运行；
• 按时高质量完成定制化需求，满足内部业务部门的不同需求；
• 能独立分析并优化系统性能，确保系统响应迅速，提升用户体验；
• 与跨职能团队合作，讨论需求、架构和实施细节；
• 进行系统故障排查和修复，保障系统稳定性和可靠性；
• 持续跟踪行业最新技术趋势，提出改进建议，推动团队持续创新。

• 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；
• 具备3-8年的后端研发经验，有中大型复杂系统软件设计测试分析及业务支撑经验，能够贴近业务进行方案整合；
• 精通web研发技术，熟练掌握python或者go。要求基础扎实，熟悉io、多线程、分布式、缓存、消息等机制， 熟悉Linux下的常用命令，熟悉MySQL等主流数据库；
• 具备良好的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决
