As a Customer Success Manager Spain you will be responsible for the Spanish customers and be the first point of contact. You will help organisations mo
veforward by guiding them from the start, so that their employees will actually and structurally use our online learning platform.As a strategic and analytical partner, you ensure that our customers get the most out of our products, enabling them to meet or even exceed their business targets. You will always communicate clearly and respond well to the customer's needs, making you a valued long-term business partne

Getting things d
oneAs a Customer Success Manager you will help customers implement our GoodHabitz online platform and together draw up an action plan based on the company's goals and ambitions. You proactively engage with your clients and their stakeholders by understanding their needs, address issues and offer solutions to meet the expected outcom
es.
You are also responsible
for:- You initiate inspiration sessions for learning and development ambassadors at your customers. The aim is to excite as many people as possible about GoodHabitz and stimulate the use of our products. You do this by bringing up suggestions such as creating an internal marketing plan, organizing events and further communica
tion- You are proactive in the contact with your customers, know their needs and challenges and ensure the structural embedding of our prod
ucts-You are responsible for the entire customer renewal process. You evaluate the results, identify risks and act on commercial opportuni
ties- You create concrete results and success stories at your customers, share them with colleagues and other organizations as best pract
ice.- You challenge yourself, are open to growth, development and communicate customer feedback back to GoodHabitz so that we can continue to improve ourselves as a comp
any.

- ecause:You have at least 3 years of work experience as a customer success manager, human resources consulting and people engagement, or in the L&D

- ourses.You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented and have good communication and commercial
- skills.You have a fair dose of empathy which enables you to interact at different levels and be a serious, but pleasant discussion partner for ev
- eryone.You are able to cope with stress and get a kick out of presenting in front of large groups of
- people.You have an excellent command of the Spanish language and a good level of E
