Pay Range: $100,000 - $170,000 annually

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, AI Agents, and scorecards and support their widespread adoption across LONG
- Design, build and maintain enterprise data models, semantic data models, and analytical data structures that provide consistent business metrics and definitions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and data warehouse solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
- Guide and support self-service reporting initiatives while ensuring best practices regarding data governance and accuracy to facilitate continuous trust in enterprise reporting data.
- Develop ERP analytics supporting operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and administration of LONG's Microsoft Fabric data platform.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, performance, and security across reporting environments.
- Document data sources, business definitions, and reporting standards.
- Support modernization efforts by migrating legacy reporting solutions to Power BI and Fabric.
- Develop Microsoft Copilot solutions and AI agents using approved enterprise and ERP data that deliver measurable business value.
- Create natural language analytics experiences that allow users to interact with business data conversationally.
- Encourage and assist departments in adopting increased leveraging of AI technologies to streamline reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
- Reduce manual reporting processes and duplicated reporting efforts across LONG.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
- Train users on reporting tools, analytics capabilities, and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase adoption and business value of reporting and AI investments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision making across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data engineering, or analytics development.
- Hands-on experience with utilizing and developing Microsoft Power BI, data modeling, and semantic models.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or modern cloud data platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, AI agents, or related AI technologies.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT design, and enterprise analytics architecture.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and reporting best practices.
- This position may involve sitting for extended periods, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
