We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy data pipelines end to end.
- Build strong relationships with Data Stewards, technology teams, Product Managers, Scrum managers, Developers, and other data consumers.
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals.
- Perform code-reviews, identify opportunities to optimize the performance across all areas and be able to manage contractors, and other data engineers including less experienced and analyst level graduate engineers.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for L2/L3 production support escalation and own the end-to-end incident management and issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ year’s experience in CS or other technology related field.
- 5+ years of Proficient/advanced SQL experience
- 5+ years of strong experience in architecting, designing, and delivering solutions using IDMC (Informatica Data Management Cloud) – primarily in Data Integration (CDI, CMI, CAI)
- 5+ years of Python or C# development experience
- 3+ years of snowflake experience
- 3+ years of AWS Cloud or any other cloud platform experience
- Proven experience with Agile development and SDLC using CI/CD devops principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient/advanced knowledge of Autosys and GAW as well as Jira and Confluence
- Understand the data and the lineage to source systems by deeply understanding our internal and external clients and industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work at a computer and use standard business software for extended periods during the workday.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and business partners in person and electronically as needed.
- Engage in regular in-person interaction and collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.
- Work effectively in a professional office environment with ongoing collaboration, activity, and shifting priorities.
- Maintain productivity and focus while balancing multiple tasks and interruptions common in an in-person business setting.
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- 3+ years of investment management industry experience
- Prior experience in modernizing data pipelines from on-prem to cloud is highly desirable.
- Any exposure with Data Management frameworks such as DMBOK is a huge plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly recognize and resolve problems.
- Self-starter with the ability to acquire new concepts and skills quickly.
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
