Be part of a solid, people-oriented company that turns life goals into reality! - Architecture and Prototyping: Design and implement efficient backend architectures using .NET 8+ / C# 12 in rapid, experimental deployments; - API Development and Performance: Develop agile and secure APIs using Minimal APIs, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, and Redis; - Agility Patterns: Apply pragmatic approaches to DDD, CQRS, and messaging tailored to the needs of each experiment; - Messaging and Integration: Structure event-driven integrations using RabbitMQ, MassTransit, and SQL/NoSQL; - Resilience and Cloud: Configure fault tolerance (Polly), basic observability, and deployments in containers and Azure; - Applied Innovation: Explore new AI tools and patterns to continuously improve the Innovation team’s deliverables. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; - .NET Ecosystem: Solid prior experience as a .NET/C# Architect with expertise in Core, EF Core, and relational and non-relational databases; - Messaging and Events: Hands-on experience implementing event-driven architectures; - Pragmatic Approach: Demonstrated ability to make independent technical decisions focused on balancing quality and agility; - AI for Development: Understanding of AI applications in the development lifecycle (Prompt Engineering, LLMs, Agents, and MCP). Desired Qualifications: - Practical experience with AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and Azure OpenAI; - Knowledge of Event Sourcing; - Active technical portfolio (GitHub, personal projects, or prior experience in the startup ecosystem).
