Director of Data

We're seeking a Director of Data to lead a growing analytics and data governance team for a large enterprise organization undergoing significant data modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning, team development, and technical execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead and expand a team of data professionals, including managers, engineers, and analysts.
• Drive enterprise reporting modernization and help bring key analytics capabilities in-house.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights.
• Lead data governance, data quality, and reporting standardization initiatives.
• Support major transformation projects, including analytics platform modernization and future ERP initiatives.
• Provide leadership around data warehouse, operational data store (ODS), and business intelligence environments.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading technical teams and developing analytics strategies.
• Strong background in data warehousing, reporting, and enterprise analytics.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Microsoft Fabric, Redshift, or similar technologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across business and technology teams.
• Strong mix of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking.
