This hybrid role supports large-scale collaboration, productivity, automation, analytics, and AI initiatives for a highly visible enterprise technology organization.

The Power Platform / Microsoft Fabric Developer will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of complex enterprise applications, integrations, automation workflows, and AI-driven solutions. This individual will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision making, and employee productivity.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications, integrations, automation workflows, and reporting solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform and Fabric ecosystem.
  • Build and support AI-powered solutions utilizing Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Develop data integration and analytics solutions leveraging Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Design, code, test, debug, implement, maintain, and support complex application solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements, reusable components, integrations, and long-term architectural improvements.
  • Develop and maintain development standards, governance practices, security controls, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in DevOps processes, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and deployment automation activities.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and project teams.
  • Analyze and resolve complex application, integration, and performance issues across enterprise platforms.
  • Support enterprise collaboration, communication, and productivity initiatives through automation, reporting, and modern application development.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake.
  • Experience building enterprise applications, integrations, automation workflows, and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience implementing application governance, security controls, and development standards.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, systems integration, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Advanced programming, systems analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and supporting enterprise-scale initiatives.
