Engineer/ Sr. Engineer - Solutions & Innovation

We are looking for a highly driven engineering innovator who combines deep technical expertise

with a strong passion for building industry-centric solutions, accelerators, frameworks, and proof-of- value initiatives across emerging technologies, platforms, and AI ecosystems.

This is not a conventional delivery-focused role. We are seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity,

enjoys getting hands-on with technology, rapidly experiments with ideas, and brings a research-

oriented mindset to solving complex business and industry challenges. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with architecting solutions, building prototypes, evaluating new technologies, and translating innovation into tangible business value.

The role demands strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity-led exploration, cross-functional thinking, and the ability to continuously identify opportunities to create differentiated capabilities that accelerate transformation for customers and industries.

 Generative AI & AI Engineering – Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini,

Llama), RAG architectures, AI agents, prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks

(LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel), and enterprise AI platforms (Bedrock, Azure

OpenAI, Vertex AI).

 Advanced Software Engineering – Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go,

TypeScript/JavaScript, and experience building scalable applications using microservices,

APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native design patterns.

 Cloud & Platform Engineering – Expertise across AWS, Azure, GCP with experience in cloud

architecture, serverless computing, containers, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and

Infrastructure-as-Code.

 Data Engineering & AI Data Platforms – Experience with modern data ecosystems including

Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming platforms (Kafka), and enterprise

data processing architectures.

 Vector Search & Knowledge Intelligence – Experience designing AI knowledge systems using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector), semantic search, Elasticsearch,

and knowledge graphs (Neo4j).

 Enterprise Integration & APIs – Ability to integrate complex enterprise platforms using REST,

GraphQL, gRPC, API gateways, messaging systems, and integration technologies such as

MuleSoft, Boomi, and Apache Camel.

 DevOps, Automation & Engineering Excellence – Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps,

observability, automated testing, monitoring, and production engineering practices using

tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

 Solution Architecture & Technical Innovation – Ability to architect enterprise solutions,

evaluate emerging technologies, create reusable frameworks/accelerators, and translate

innovative ideas into scalable business capabilities.

 Rapid Prototyping & Proof-of-Value Development – Skilled in building prototypes,

experiments, and proof-of-concepts using modern frameworks such as Jupyter, Streamlit,

Gradio, and rapid application development approaches.
