Data Engineer

Location: Dublin - Hybrid then onsite
Duration: Initial 12-month contract (renewable) 
Rate: Up to €400 per day 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a collaborative delivery environment, developing and maintaining high-performing data solutions. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders across multiple locations, focusing on data analysis, Oracle development, ETL and database performance.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience with Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong experience with ETL, data movement and data analysis.
• Proven SQL performance tuning experience.
• Strong understanding of logical data modelling and relational database design.
• Experience with Agile, source control and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Artifactory and Sonar.
• Experience using Generative AI to improve and automate delivery.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams.

Desirable

• Power BI and data visualisation experience.
• Experience with Informatica.
