What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years in data or ML engineering, with a focus on end-to-end pipelines
- Strong Python or TypeScript development skills
- Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Proactive, ideas-driven, and committed to engineering quality
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Build and own production-ready ML pipelines and scalable APIs
- Engineer robust data platforms and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Design resilient architectures and set engineering standards
- Collaborate with global teams and explain technical outputs to clients
- Work on diverse, high-impact projects with global brands
