We're looking for a passionate and experienced AI Data Management Senior Consultant to join our vibrant team! As an AI Data Management Senior Consultant, you will help organizations build modern, scalable, and governed data foundations that enable advanced analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise AI initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading data modernization, governance, and AI-ready data platform transformations across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data management and modernization engagements, including data strategy, governance, and roadmap development.
- Design AI-ready data architectures supporting analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise AI use cases.
- Implement modern data platforms, lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration solutions.
- Establish data governance, metadata management, data quality, lineage, cataloging, and master data management practices.
- Enable trusted, secure, and compliant data ecosystems for AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, data, AI, cloud, and security teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, assessments, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution development, proposals, and mentor junior consultants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, or Consulting roles.
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Strong expertise in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Cataloging, MDM, and Data Quality Management.
- Experience with modern data platforms and technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and Databricks.
- Strong experience implementing ETL/ELT processes, batch and streaming data pipelines, and cloud-native data solutions.
- Knowledge of AI and GenAI data architectures, including LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and AI Data Pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and consulting skills.
