What You’ll Do:

The Data Coordinator is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of product master data within our Epicor ERP system. This role supports engineering, manufacturing, procurement, operations, and sales by ensuring accurate setup of parts, Bills of Materials (BOMs), approved suppliers, product configurations, costing, and related product information.


The position resides within our Engineering and Initiatives team and acts as a key liaison between

Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Production Planning, and IT to ensure ERP data integrity and support efficient business operations.


Driving Responsibilities:

Create and maintain product, part, and BOM records in Epicor

  • Create and maintain part numbers in Epicor ERP.
  • Establish and manage product master records.
  • Ensure compliance with part numbering standards.


Process engineering changes and maintain revision-controlled data

  • Maintain revision control procedures for parts and assemblies.
  • Process part, assembly, and BOM changes within Epicor.
  • Maintain revision-controlled documentation.


Ensure ERP master data accuracy and support manufacturing setup activities

  • Ensure ERP master data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain data entry standards and SOP’s.
  • Conduct periodic audits of ERP records.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.


What You Bring:


Technical Skills:

  • Experience working in an ERP system would be an asset but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc.
  • Competent computer skills
  • Manufacturing background would be an asset but not required
