Senior Marketing Manager

The challenge

Are you a marketing strategist who not only sets direction but also enjoys rolling up your sleeves and making things happen? At CitySafes (active in 4 countries), we are looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager who can translate our European growth ambitions into concrete, measurable results.

You will take full ownership of the marketing portfolio, report directly to the CEO, and lead a team of three professionals. We operate in Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. Due to the significant growth potential in Germany, we are looking for a native German-speaking Marketing Manager who also speaks Dutch or English. Additional languages are a plus.

What will you do?

In this role, you are the driving force behind our growth. You combine strong branding expertise with a sharp performance marketing mindset.

• Strategic leadership. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, tailored per country, while strengthening our competitive positioning.
• Data-driven growth. Optimize the full funnel – from website visit to appointment and contract – based on clear KPIs such as CPA, conversion, and ROI.
• Digital acceleration. Work with external partners to elevate SEO, SEA, social advertising, and marketing automation to the next level.
• Local impact. Maximize visibility of our locations through targeted local campaigns.

Why you’re the ideal candidate

You are results-driven, entrepreneurial, and have a strong drive to win. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have experience building data-driven marketing teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level (or equivalent), with 5–8 years of experience in a broad marketing role (preferably retail or multi-site).
• Strong expertise in performance marketing and online lead generation.
• Experience managing budgets and advising at executive level.
• Analytical, commercially sharp, and a supportive, coaching team leader.
