About The Role
In this role, you will produce accurate and timely data and commercial reports for a major global client. Working in partnership with the Account Manager and supply chain, you will help drive down costs and increase value for money for both the client and Macro. You will also work closely with on-site management, the finance team at Macro, and Macro’s headquarters’ to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Produce annual client and company budgets (revenue expenditure and capital).
- Produce monthly client and company forecasts, including year- end outturns (revenue expenditure and capital.
- Raise monthly management fee invoices and supply chain pass-through invoices.
- Monitor monthly income and spend against budget, including variance analysis, and effectively communicate findings to client and internal management teams.
- Support local management in monitoring supplier performance through financial analysis where required.
- Provide additional ad-hoc reports as required.
- Assist in maintaining a cash neutral position, with attention to debtor and creditor days for relevant clients.
- Liaise with Macro head office finance and management teams where necessary.
- Present results to the client and Macro board members, providing detailed explanations for major variances.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities with the ability to maximise value to the client while ensuring strong commercial contribution for Macro.
- Oversee the raising of client vendor purchase orders.
- Manage the change control process, including scope updates, store refits, openings, and closures.
- Maintain the integrity of the Cost and Frequency file, which drives the supply chain spend matrix.
- Produce bespoke planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive spend analysis.
- Provide support for new store openings where required.
- Develop a deep understanding of the commercial position of the contract from both client and company perspectives.
- Build strong relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Challenge current practices and identify opportunities to improve processes, while considering the impact on agreed client procedures.
- Utilise head office systems where local systems are not specified.
- Provide additional support as and when required.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure an excellent level of service.
- Develop and nurture the incumbent in the Data and Finance Analyst role.
- Adopt and embody the Macro values.
- Regularly attend Macro communication cascades to remain informed of current developments.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while supporting the Hilversum Macro Operations team on-site and collaborating remotely with the Finance function in the UK.
- Ability to work under self-direction and effectively prioritise workload.

- Facilities Management market place experience.
