Location: IA-Des Moines, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure development, testing and automation, environments strategy and management, platform reliability and scalability, CI/CD pipeline management, release management, security and compliance management, system monitoring and incident response, and platform evolution and innovation
- Play a key role in ensuring the sales technology platform meets business needs and adheres to technology standards
- 4-6 years of experience
- Previous experience designing and implementing secure, scalable APIs and data pipelines using Node.js, Python, and AWS services (SQS, SNS, Lambdas, S3), enabling high-performance data exchange and interoperability across healthcare and insurance platforms
- Strong-demonstrated SQL experience
- Previous experience with microservices and ETL workflows leveraging AWS CDK, CI/CD tools, ensuring automated deployments and robust infrastructure for large-scale data processing
- Blend of ETL, Data Warehouse, Database, and Data Integration skills primarily for this role
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites including unit, integration, API, end-to-end (E2E), regression, smoke, and performance testing to ensure software quality and reliability
- Experience working within an Agile team environment
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
