Work You'll Do/Responsibilities
- This resource will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support
- This role will perform analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software
- This role prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements
- This role will review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application
- This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application
- This role provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care
- On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization

Qualifications
Required
- Must have Epic Willow IP Certification
- 6+ years of recent experience with Epic implementation
- 6+ years of experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
