Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript / Python)

WasteHero builds the software cities and private waste haulers run their collection on: containers, routes, driver app, citizen self-service and billing in one platform, used by municipalities and haulers in six countries. We are scaling the platform for new national rollouts and a B2B hauler product launching this autumn.

What you will do

- Own features end to end across our TypeScript front end and Python back end, from data model to UI.

- Build the integrations municipalities depend on: national registries, payment and invoicing, fleet telematics, citizen ID.

- Work directly with customers' operations teams and our implementation leads; ship weekly.

- Raise the bar on testing, observability and performance as we add tenants.

What we look for

- 5+ years building production web software; strong in TypeScript and Python (or one of them and eager on the other).

- Experience with PostgreSQL, REST/GraphQL APIs and cloud deployment (we run on Azure).

- You like owning problems, not tickets, and you explain trade-offs clearly.

- Bonus: geospatial data, routing/optimisation, public-sector integrations, a Nordic language.
