Data Analyst Responsibilities
• Participate in data and finance-related projects delivered on cloud platforms
• Support data validation and ensure delivered data meets business quality expectations
• Contribute to data modeling activities (e.g. logical and dimensional models)
• Analyze financial datasets and support definition of KPIs and business rules
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Owner on data requirements and user stories
• Assist in identifying data issues and performing root cause analysis
• Use basic knowledge of Databricks to verify and analyze data
Scrum Master Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
• Support the team in following Agile and Scrum practices
• Remove team impediments and escalate risks when needed
• Support backlog refinement together with Product Owner
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Track basic delivery metrics (e.g. sprint progress, velocity)
Basic Requirements
• Experience working with data (preferably financial data)
• Understanding of data validation and data modeling concepts
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Advanced Power BI
• Basic working knowledge of Databricks for data verification
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Familiarity with Scrum framework - nice to have
• Experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience
