Central Stat Analyst / Senior Analyst - contract until the end of 2027

What You Can Expect

Central Stat SME is responsible for ensuring global consistency in relation to Demand Management processes, integration, and system configuration. Responsible for any potential process enhancements which improve demand plan creation and integration of demand management processes and tactical execution. Creates analysis that supports the demand processes and drives continuous improvement.

How You'll Create Impact

• Provide analytics in PowerBI/Excel & dashboards development.
• Testing on new stat models and recommending central stat on use cases.
• Support the team to utilize segmentation functionality in the most efficient way.
• Bridge contact between Demand Planners and CoE Team for Demand Planning technical and process issues.
• Post analysis of general Demand Planning KPIs
• Ad-hoc data analysis, validation, and correction to support business decision making process and process/system improvement.
• New IBP functions testing and supporting development of currently existing ones.
• Own stat fc related thresholds and KPI’s

What Makes You Stand Out

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proven experience working with demand planning and forecasting systems.
• Solid understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies, models, and parameters; knowledge of machine learning techniques is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in statistical planning, with good understanding of sales, marketing, and finance processes and their interdependencies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, IBP, BW, and Power BI.
• Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on process optimization, automation, and driving efficiencies. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
