■About the Position

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will derive actionable insights from datasets to drive strategic business decisions, and act as a bridge between data and business leadership in a global setting.

■Key Responsibilities

・Analyze large datasets for business insights

・Design and maintain BI dashboards (KPIs)

・Apply statistical models for forecasting

・Provide data-driven strategic advice

・Automate data analysis processes

・Collaborate with global stakeholders

■Requirements

・Experience as a data analyst, Operations Specialist, or similar role.

・Strong SQL skills (mandatory) for data extraction and analysis.

・Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable operational improvements.

・Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

・Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

・Solid communication skills and stakeholder management ability.

・Experience in delivery, logistics, mobility, or marketplace operations is a plus.

・Experience designing or managing incentive programs.
