Minimum Requirements
Education: A high school diploma or GED
Experience: 2-4 years progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
or
Education: An Associate's degree
Experience: 6 months-1 year progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construct ion field
Travel: 0-5%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Operational team to understand current and future workforce needs and create project staffing plans.
- Assigns team members to projects based on staffing plan.
- Ensures changes in work assignment are communicated to affected individuals and other relevant team members.
- Alerts Operational Leaders if staffing plans cannot be met on the required timeline and assists in the development of contingency plans.
- Collaborates with Operational team to develop an overall outlook of future staffing needs.
- Provides visibility to various stakeholders throughout the company on staffing-related information.
- Compiles, analyzes, reviews, forecasts, and trends complex data related to the workforce and staffing.
- Presents analysis and interpretation for Operational and business leadership to aid in the planning and decision making process.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
