Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand sales objectives and identify opportunities for data-driven decision making.
• Analyze large customer and sales datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Apply statistical analysis to solve business problems and support strategic initiatives.
• Identify customer buying patterns, whitespace opportunities, and sales trends to improve commercial performance.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and business growth.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales productivity through data and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced experience writing complex SQL queries and working with large relational databases.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and its application to solving business problems.
• Experience supporting sales, commercial, customer, or business analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with Machine Learning or predictive analytics is preferred.
