The department delivers innovative products and services to frontline staff working on over 6,000 projects throughout every Region and Global Practice. This is your job:
- Design and manage Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights through visual storytelling.
- Apply statistical techniques to identify trends, assess impact, and recommend strategies to support user adoption and change initiatives.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear, measurable outcomes and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Transformation Leads and Change Managers, to track and report on key adoption metrics:
- Baseline setting, Adoption speed, Ultimate utilization, and Proficiency.
- Work within Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), supporting iterative improvements and feedback cycles.
- Assist in the development of automated, scalable data pipelines (Databricks experience is a plus).
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and usability across all transformation-related efforts.
- Deliver insights via concise executive summaries, visual reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field with 2–3 years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 4–5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in data/statistical analysis focused on actionable business outcomes.
- Strong experience in Power BI and Excel for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data querying and transformation.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Mural, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Experience in change management metrics (e.g., adoption, proficiency, utilization) and principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Databricks and AI tools for pipeline development is a plus.
- SAFE Agile certification or experience in Agile project delivery is preferred.
