What will you do?
- Collaborate with process owners to design and define KPIs and performance metrics (KPI/SLA).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports aligned with business needs, providing insights and recommendations to the Manager.
- Guide best practices in data visualization and reporting to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Lead the development of high-impact dashboards by gathering requirements, identifying gaps, and translating needs into detailed project plans.
- Monitor the consistent application of AOC activities in alignment with policy requirements and operational standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management briefings and productivity/risk reports to support decision-making and SLA compliance.
- Conduct statistical analysis of data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic initiatives.

What do you need?
- University degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-2 years of experience proven experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources to support analytical and reporting processes.
- Demonstrated experience working with data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data engineering teams to deliver recurring reports, dashboards, automation initiatives, or analytical projects.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to draw logical conclusions, even with limited data.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python is required, including experience querying, transforming, validating, and analyzing large datasets; experience with Power BI, MS Excel, VBA, Microsoft Access, and the MS Office suite is also required. Familiarity with R Studio is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with AML is a preference.
- English level advanced.
