HR Technology Analyst

Beacon Health System is seeking an analytical, solutions-focused HR Technology Analyst to join our HR Technology and Analytics team.

Reporting to the Director of HR Technology and Analytics, this role serves as a key liaison among Human Resources, Information Systems and business stakeholders. The HR Technology Analyst will help optimize our HR platforms, strengthen data integrity and deliver a seamless technology experience for associates and leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting HR technology implementations, system upgrades, integrations and testing

• Troubleshooting system issues and serving as a primary resource for HR technology users

• Maintaining system security, functionality and data accuracy

• Developing reports, queries and workforce analytics

• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows

• Creating user documentation and providing system training

• Leading select projects and partnering with HR and IS teams

• Supporting regulatory compliance through accurate systems and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

• At least three years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience

• Experience with HR platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, ADP, SAP or SuccessFactors

• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with reporting, data analysis and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication, organization and project-management abilities

• Ability to work independently while building strong cross-functional relationships

This position works in a hybrid-remote office environment and must be close to offer for in-person meetings.
