The Role

This position focuses on product costing, pricing support, and analysis across a high-mix manufacturing environment. You’ll partner with operations, engineering, and estimating teams to ensure accurate costs on new and existing parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze new parts and update cost structures
• Support pricing decisions through accurate cost modeling
• Partner with operations on labor/burden rates and work center setup
• Assist with month-end and basic journal entries
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities

• Manufacturing cost accounting experience
• Strong Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
• ERP exposure
• Curious, hands-on, and comfortable working closely with operations
