Job Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Insights & Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, develop reports, and create visualizations that provide clarity and direction in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making.
  • Build dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Apply statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, or forecasting models to predict future trends and behaviors.
  • Work closely with IT, data engineering, and other analytics teams to ensure data quality, availability, and integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting tools, and analytics methodologies.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, documentation automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in programming languages for analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality of data.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose data-driven solutions to business challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience in analytics, insights, or a related field
  • Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
  • Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop and scale to the needs of the department
