Job Description

We are looking for motivated and analytical Data Analyst Freshers to join our team. The candidate will work with data to identify trends, prepare reports, create dashboards, and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from different sources.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Write basic to intermediate SQL queries to extract data.
  • Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Identify data quality issues and work toward resolving them.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of reports and data processes.
  • Present findings and insights to team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI / Data Visualization.
  • Understanding of data cleaning and data analysis concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

  • Python for Data Analysis
  • Pandas and NumPy
  • Power BI / Tableau
  • Knowledge of basic statistics
  • Experience with academic or personal data-analysis projects

Eligibility

  • B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / BCA / MCA / M.Tech / MBA or equivalent.
  • Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
  • Candidates from Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related backgrounds preferred.
  • Strong interest in data analytics and willingness to learn.
