Your role in our team
- Lead Forecasting & Planning: Own the regional budgeting and rolling forecasts processes for the Region EMEA, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Support Vice President EMEA in steering the regional business through in-depth analysis and act as a finance business partner
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Analyze product mix, pricing, cost structures, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Translate Complexity into Clarity: Create executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and financial narratives for non-financial stakeholders
- Partner Across Borders: Collaborate with entity controllers, project leads, and functional heads across the globe, aligning with global finance teams
- Optimize Financial Infrastructure: Streamline forecast models, automate reporting, and support integration with SAP S/4HANA and Power BI
- Drive Financial Discipline: Challenge assumptions, validate business cases, and support leadership with confident, data-driven recommendations
- Support Financial Closing: Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements
- Enhance Reporting & Digitalization: Lead initiatives to improve reporting quality and drive digital transformation in line with global finance
- Coordinate Cost Allocations & Reconciliations: Manage internal cost allocations and intercompany processes across the region in collaboration with global finance teams
- Degree in Business Administration or similar, with a focus on Controlling or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling, ideally in B2B software or tech
- Strong experience in multi-entity or regional finance environments
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO); SAP Group Reporting is a plus
- Solid understanding of financial consolidation, variance analysis, and planning models
- Commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial data to operational outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working across cultures and functions
- Fluent in German and English
