Principal Supply Analyst, Kinaxis Maestro

- Design and configure Kinaxis Maestro solutions for campaign management, lifecycle planning, and inventory optimization in a complex, regulated supply chain environment
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications; build custom worksheets, dashboards, templates, algorithms, and scripts to enhance platform functionality
- Integrate Maestro with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and adjacent supply chain platforms; familiarity with GMP frameworks a plus
- Monitor system performance, resolve data integrity issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and validation activities to support deployment and audit readiness
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, planning, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders to align solutions with evolving supply chain needs
- Train end-users on Maestro functionality and best practices; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
- Stay current on Kinaxis Maestro advancements and emerging supply chain trends, proposing solutions to enhance resilience and agility
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Senior Supply Analyst: 5+ years experience in supply chain planning solutions, including 3+ years hands-on configuration experience with an advanced planning platform (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, OMP, Anaplan)
- Principal Supply Analyst: 8+ years experience in supply chain planning solutions, including 3+ years hands-on configuration experience with an advanced planning platform (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, OMP, Anaplan)
- Experience in life sciences, pharma, or another regulated/complex manufacturing environment (medical device, aerospace, specialty chemicals) preferred
- Kinaxis Maestro Author certification, Level 1 or higher, preferred
