What you will do:
This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career. If you are fluent in English, have great analytical skills and like challenges, feel free to apply, look no further!
You will be in charge of the following aspects:
- Participation in establishing new accounting processes and streamlining existing ones
- Booking of vendor related invoices
- Participate in process digitalization in our tools
- Supporting all Procure to Pay related activities
- Support monthly Procure to Pay closing activities as needed
- Monthly and quarterly Balance reconciliation
- Purchase Order management
What we need from you:
- Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or relevant field
- Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
- You have good knowledge of English (both written and spoken), working language proficiency in Hungarian is a must have
- Confident working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Open-minded, flexible, with a problem-solving mindset and team-player attitude
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems like SAP ERP is advantageous
- Previous work experience in accounting is considered as a plus
What we offer:
- Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30 hours/week or more, with the possibility of home office, (1-2 times/week availability in the morning hours, flexible to your schedule)
- Gross salary: 2200 HUF/hour
