With major household-name clients already on board and a product solving a genuine national health crisis, this is a company with serious momentum and a clear path to scale.


As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the full paid acquisition strategy - from paid social and PPC through to emerging AI-driven search channels - with direct accountability for pipeline growth and revenue impact.


A fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially sharp marketer who wants to build something significant in the HealthTech space.


As Performance Marketing Manager you will:

  • Own, execute and scale paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta
  • Lead PPC and search strategy across Google Ads, building high-intent keyword strategies for branded and non-branded campaigns
  • Develop strategies for AI-driven search environments, staying ahead of shifts in search behaviour
  • Own channel budgets, forecasting and attribution models - reporting on revenue impact, not just lead volume
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality translates into real pipeline


We want to hear from you if:

  • You have 5+ years in B2B performance marketing with a strong track record in paid social and PPC
  • You have direct experience marketing into HR, People, or Benefits buyers
  • You have a background in employee benefits, health benefits or HR tech - strongly preferred
  • You are deeply analytical, comfortable owning budgets, and optimise for revenue not just leads
