Our client is a leading international company operating in the Mobility Services industry.
We are looking for a Data & Reporting Specialist - Mobility Services to join the HQ Services & Insurance Business Unit.
The role will be responsible for collecting, integrating and structuring data from multiple sources to provide reliable and actionable insights supporting the monitoring of commercial, operational and financial performance.
Working closely with international teams across Services & Insurance, Finance and Marketing, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of data-driven decision-making processes by enhancing data accessibility, automation and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, collect and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across different systems and databases.
- Design and implement automated data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards and analytical tools.
- Support business stakeholders by providing structured datasets and meaningful performance insights.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data availability and governance.
- Analyse existing data management practices and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Translate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis / management
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of basic ICT tools and advanced data analysis tools (e.g. Qlik, PowerBI, SQL)
- Experience of ETL processes
- Ability to openly and positively interact with various teams (HQ, countries) and to work in an international setting (excellent English a must, French a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Previous experience within the automotive, mobility, fleet management, leasing or rental sectors.
- Familiarity with SAP and other business management systems.
This position is based in Rome.
Contract Type: Permanent employment contract.
CCSL Contratto Collettivo specifico di lavoro. Employee Level A3.
The compensation package includes a gross annual salary in the range of € 45,000 to € 48,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
