FP&A Manager (Hybrid)

A growing, PE-backed healthcare services organization is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to partner closely with operational and corporate leaders, helping drive business decisions through financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights.

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Build financial models and provide actionable business insights
• Partner with leaders across operations and corporate functions
• Analyze performance, KPIs, and key business drivers
• Support strategic initiatives, growth projects, and process improvements
• Develop reporting and dashboards for leadership

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related experience
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements and P&L management
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment
