The FQM Associate analyzes market defect indicators to predict future market defects and guide quality improvement efforts, thereby implementing quality planning.

The FQM Associate also comprehensively manages quality costs. Through cost analysis and forecasting, it optimizes quality improvement efforts and effectively implements improvements, leading to quality planning.

• CDR indicator updates and analysis
• Monthly market defect report updates
• Worst detail analysis
• Monthly company planning report updates
• Daily CDR monitoring
• Establishment of quality improvement plans
• Establishment of quality improvement goals
• Quality improvement implementation monitoring and review
• Q cost indicator updates and analysis
• Monthly cost closing report update
• Worst detail analysis
• Company planning report update (monthly)
• IF cost, EF cost, AP cost management
• Establish quality cost improvement plan
• Establish quality cost improvement goals
• Monitor and review quality cost improvement implementation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree Quality Engineer or similar engineering/technical degree
• Bilingual (Korean-English)

QAULAIFICATIONS

• 2 years of manufacturing quality experience
