The Team
The Global People Data Analytics & Reporting (GDAR) team sits within Global People Technology (GPT) and is responsible for delivering trusted people data, reporting, and insights to HR and business leaders across the organization. The team partners with HR stakeholders globally to design, build, and sustain scalable reporting and analytics solutions, while championing data quality, governance, and automation. As part of an ongoing transformation, the team is evolving from a reactive, ad-hoc reporting model to a proactive, insight-led, self-service analytics capability. This role will help strengthen the team’s presence and capability across the EMEA region, working closely with regional stakeholders and the wider global team.
How You Will Contribute
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the region and globally.
- Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports to support timely decision-making across the organization.
- Collect, integrate, analyze, and interpret global HR data sets from various sources and systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and integrity across all HR systems and reports.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to optimize data systems and reporting tools.
- Assist in the development of data models and database structures to support scalable reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR strategy and decision-making.
- Own the technical administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Power Apps-based Performance Development tool, ensuring it runs reliably and meets evolving business needs.
- Build, automate, and maintain reporting and workflows on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse) to support performance development and HR reporting needs.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for the Performance Development tool, troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements, and providing user support and training.
- Comply with applicable data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) in all data handling and reporting activities.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, automation, and reporting, preferably within Human Resources/People function
- Expertise in data analysis and visualisation tools, specifically Power BI, Excel, Alteryx.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Apps, including building, configuring, and maintaining canvas and/or model-driven apps in a production environment.
- Must have Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse integration).
- Experience with Workday Reporting.
- A degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field is preferred; PL-200 certification is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage a Power Apps-based tool end to end.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to any audience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands, and mentor junior team members.
