SAP 4 Hana Analytics Specialist II

You will report directly to our COE Planning Director and you’ll work out of our Bracknell UK location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, your work will provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction by ensuring the right products are available at the right time through data-driven supply planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Center of Excellence role supporting Process Technology planning:
- Develop Power BI based reporting to support supply planning and execution in S4 Hana.
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to support supply planning decision-making.
- Analyze supply planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to align supply planning analytics with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to optimize supply planning processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on analytics practices and tools.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools - Power BI.
- Proven experience in support of supply chain processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.
- Knowledge of process and discrete industries
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling and machine learning.
