We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build a centralized web platform designed to streamline complex insurance workflows, including dynamic forms, document management, and automated processing. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will take a well-defined technical architecture and turn it into a reliable, production-ready product. In this role, you will work across the entire stack, developing backend services with Node.js and TypeScript while building responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript. You will also leverage AI-powered development tools in your daily workflow to accelerate implementation, debugging, and testing without compromising code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and business logic using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Implement and manage document upload, storage, and automated document processing workflows.
• Translate existing technical specifications and architectures into production-quality software with high autonomy.
• Integrate authentication, role-based access control, and secure data handling mechanisms.
• Utilize AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
