We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong technical skills and a commitment to data accuracy, system security, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong SQL skills required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Experience with Power BI and/or SSRS
• Working knowledge of ETL fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis
• Experience with reporting software preferred
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proactive, professional, and team-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree required
