About The Role
Essity Health and Medical Solutions is seeking a strategic, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the US Lymphology portfolio for a leading compression brand. This role will translate market, customer, clinician, and consumer insights into compelling go-to-market strategies that strengthen portfolio performance and drive growth in the United States.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative marketer with strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build clear product narratives that resonate across clinicians, DME/HME customers, consumers, and internal stakeholders.
Preferred location: Charlotte, NC.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the US Lymphology portfolio, ensuring alignment across Sales, Clinical, Education, Market Access, Operations, and global partners.
- Translate market, competitive, customer, clinician, and consumer insights into actionable portfolio strategies and growth opportunities.
- Own portfolio positioning, messaging, and value propositions for clinicians, DME/HME customers, and consumers.
- Manage the Lymphology product assortment, including new product launches, lifecycle management, product maintenance, and portfolio optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify clinical evidence needs and support the development of claims, messaging, and educational materials.
- Manage A&P budget planning and evaluate initiative performance, ROI, and effectiveness across the 5Ps.
- Monitor business performance, competitive activity, and market dynamics to inform recommendations and decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, customers, professional associations, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand relevance and market understanding.
- Develop sales and customer-facing tools that support launch readiness, education, and commercial execution.
- Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring consistent positioning across customer touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or product management; healthcare or medical device experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations.
- Commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and evaluating business performance.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
