Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and propose architecture solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design, develop, and automate basic to complex use cases using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and promote automation across business processes.
• Maintain existing Power Platform processes and provide technical support to users.
• Work closely with Business Users, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Software Developers to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop scalable ETL pipelines.
• Contribute to local initiatives and projects across the full lifecycle, from assessment and use-case identification to data preparation, implementation, and industrialization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams across Porto and Paris.
• Communicate data insights, findings, and results clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute proactively to the improvement of knowledge, practices, frameworks, and the overall data ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Solid knowledge of Data Modeling principles.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, seasonality, and other data behaviors.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Good level of English (minimum B2) — mandatory.
• Availability to travel abroad for short periods, when required.
• Good communication skills and ability to translate technical/data concepts into clear business insights.
